A booking becomes binding when:

Customers must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

Payment may be required in full at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements are specified.

The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors before confirming a booking.

4. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Where bookings are made online by consumers, European consumer protection legislation may provide a 14-day withdrawal right.

However, under Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the withdrawal right does not apply to leisure services when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

By making a booking for a tour scheduled on a specific date, the customer acknowledges that the statutory withdrawal right may not apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Customers may request rescheduling subject to availability and Company approval.
