Q: Do you make discounts for groups?
A: Please contact us in advance for group offer or a bike tour request.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept ONLY card payment. NO cash is accepted for bike rentals!
Q: Do you have helmet?
A: Yes, we provide helmets
Q: Will you give me a chain lock?
A: Usually we do not give chains. The bike is not to be left out of sight on the street. Even if we give you a chain, and the bike is stollen, you will owe the price of the bike. We cannot guarantee that the the bike is safe if locked!
Q: What kind of children bikes you offer?
A: We have 16′ and 20′ kids bikes
Q: Do i need to make a reservation?
A: If you need to rent a bike for a day or more, yes, please call us in advance to reserve it for you. If you need it for an hour, then just come by the store.
Q: Do I need to leave a deposit?
A: No, we do not take deposit
